Goldsack & Co is happy to be offering a lay-by option.
If you would like to Lay-by your items please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
You can Lay-by for up to 8 weeks.
When you email us simply let us know which items you would like to purchase, how many weeks you would like to make payments over and your shipping address.
We will then confirm your lay-by and your items will be put aside once an initial payment is made.
The initial payment is 10% of your total order to be paid within 3 days.
Lay-by is only available to New Zealand customers.
Lay-by's will only be started when items are in stock so that Goldsack & Co can guarantee our customers receive their goods on time.
Goldsack & Co may choose not to accept a lay-by setup at any time.
Goldsack & Co reserves the right to update terms and conditions without notice.
You may cancel your lay-by at any time. Please be aware that deposits and payment already made at up to 50% of the total cost of the order will be forfeited as a cancellation fee to cover administration and insurance costs. For example if you have paid 80% of your order totaling $100 and wish to cancel then you will receive a refund of $30.
If payments are not made by the due date at the end of the lay-by and the customer has not contacted us to cancel the contract then items will be returned to the shelf and all monies forfeited.
Please make sure you make regular payments on your lay-by to ensure you receive your items.
Once a lay-by is set up, if an item then goes on sale the lay-by remains at the original price.
All lay-by items are the property of Goldsack & Co until payment is received in full.
