Goldsack & Co only ships nationwide in New Zealand.

Goldsack & Co uses NZ Post to deliver products to our customers. We offer delivery services nationwide. We also offer Rural Delivery, for this you should expect the product to take 3-5 working days before it arrives.  For further information visit the NZ Post services website: www.nzpost.co.nz

Signature is required upon delivery so please ensure that someone will be available at the address to sign for the package. If not, a 'Card to Call' will be left by the courier at the address for collection of the package.  If your package has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us immediately and from there we will track the item. Couriers are only collected Monday to Friday. This means that any items ordered Friday (after 3pm), Saturday and Sunday orders will be sent out on Monday. 

All New Zealand orders : $7.00 Standard Shipping.  Large items:$15

Please note: Goldsack & Co is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of your product/s. The delivery times for shipping are average expected time. This does not include delays such as weather, courier breakdowns or busy holiday seasons such as Christmas.
