Shipping & Delivery

Goldsack & Co only ships nationwide in New Zealand.

Goldsack & Co uses Courier Post to deliver our products to our customers. We offer delivery services nationwide.Their 'target delivery time' is overnight by 9am to a Business City Address or, overnight by 5pm to a City Residential Address. We also offer Rural Delivery, for this you should expect the product to take 3-5 working days before it arrives. This is due to the fact that the product is passed on to New Zealand Post from Courier Post to be delivered. For further information visit the Courier Post's services website:

We aim to get items out to you as soon as possible. Our target delivery times are overnight to a city business address by 9am, or overnight to a residential city address by 5pm. If your order is urgent, please contact us.

Your order will be fully trackable and in an overnight courier bag. A signature is required upon delivery so please ensure that someone will be available at the address to sign for the package. If not, a 'Card to Call' will be left by Courier Post at the address for collection of the package.  If your package has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us immediately and from there we will track the item.

Couriers are only collected Monday to Friday. This means that any items ordered after Friday (after 2pm), Saturday and Sunday then these orders will be sent out on Monday. All of our deliveries are automatically insured up to the value of NZ$10,000. If your value is over this limit then we will get in contact with you to discuss options. If you have ordered multiple items, and the combined order totals above $100 then Free Standard Shipping will still apply. 

All New Zealand orders $100 and over: Free of charge.

All New Zealand orders under $100: $6.50 Standard Shipping.

Click and Collect: When purchasing on the website just put in the NOTES that you want to collect from store and we can contact you to organize a time for collection while we on level 3.

Please note: Goldsack & Co is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of your product/s. The delivery times for shipping are average expected time. This does not include delays such as weather, courier breakdowns or busy holiday seasons such as Christmas.
